Session Packages

Discounted rates available for purchasing multiple sessions upfront for ongoing treatment and support. These packages attract a 5% discount.

Same day appointments are available for home visits depending on availability.

Convenient in-home physiotherapy for those unable to visit our clinic during regular hours.

Please note that payment is required upon booking an appointment. In order to change or cancel an appointment 24 hours notice is required. If less than 24 hours notice is given then the full fee will be withheld and if more than 24 hours notice is given then the appointment will be rescheduled or a voucher given for the full amount to use at a later date.

Gift Vouchers

If you are unsure as to whether physiotherapy will help you can always contact me to ask and I will be happy to guide you. The way you can purchase a gift voucher is the following:

• Contact me via phone, text or E.mail with your request.

• State the treatment that you would like to purchase (can be from a single session to a package of sessions) or the amount that you want the voucher to be for.

• If you know the person’s details you can pass them on but if you do not have consent to this they can do this when they want to use their voucher.

• You will then be sent the details to make payment.

• Once the payment is made you will receive an E-mail confirming the gift voucher that you can print off to give to the person.

• When they are ready to use the gift voucher they can either call and book an appointment explaining that they have a voucher at the time of booking and provide the voucher number. Alternatively they can book the appointment online and select the ‘paid for by third party’ option so that the system will not ask for payment at the time of booking. They can then use the notes section to provide details of the voucher. If the voucher is for longer than 30 minutes they can also state this here and the appointment will be adjusted to match the voucher. If the treatment they choose costs more than the voucher then they will be sent a payment request for the rest of the amount.

• Once they book in and use the voucher the full amount of the voucher will be added to their file on our system. Any vouchers purchased have a 6 month expiration date. So this will give them plenty of time to use them.

As you are well aware Christmas is fast approaching and if you are anything like me many gifts get left to the last minute. However some can so easily be sorted well in advance. When considering gifts for your loved ones, if they are stuggling with physical aches and pains or even weakness or issues with balance, then why not gift them a physiotherapy or medical massage voucher and give them the assistance they need to get relief from and support for their issues.

Believe me the look on people’s faces when they achieve their physical goals is priceless because only they know what they have been going through while the people around them understand a fraction of it.
